STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  add a clip that has green background to VL2
2.  add a background clip to VL1
3.  add a chroma key effect to the green screen clip on V2
4. select the green screen colour if not already selected, to make background show through
5. render the video

OBSERVED RESULT

the rendered video shows only the green screen clip complete with green screen background

EXPECTED RESULT

expected the background from V1 to show through the green screen clip from V2

I've found if you change the Edge mode to Skinny from the default then it fails in my tests.

(When in Skinny mode, the rendered output renders with a background of green, but in the preview window in the editor it works properly)
