Select Open With --> Other... 3. Switch Enable menu list from Recommended Applications to All Applications and select kolourpaint 4. A warning will display below saying "It's not know if this application can open somefile" (extension is omitted). Typo: it's macOS 13.0 Ventura not 12.0
