Please try to make a test case as described on http://www.konqueror.org/bug.html
Making a test case as described on www.konqueror.org/bug.html is beyond me. I tested using validator.3w.org and the page fails validation with Fatal Error: no ducument type declaration. Still, Mozilla and Opera does not have the problem. What is supposed to happen is that as the mouse is hovered over the items on the narrow horizontal menu bar on green background near the top of the page a popdown menu will show directly under the menu item at which the mouse is positioned. The narrow menu bar on green background has the items "Home Corporate Communities Partners Products etc ...". What Konqueror does is display the popdown menus vertically along the left edge of the page (like it somehow has gotten x and y swapped) and not directly underneath the associated item on the horizontal menu bar.

argh

It's nearly right if you change browser id to IE
As the previous poster comments then changing the browser id to IE resolves the problem (at least in KDE-3.2.2) - so I'm marking the bug as resolved - assuming that the problem is in the web page (html validation reports 113 errors).
