When searching it gets cluttered real quick when wallpapers and various multimedia fill up the results. Please add the ability to hide these. For eg. I just searched for "Sunshine" (https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/) and the results were just hundreds of wallpapers.
You can use the categories at the left for this, isn't it enough?

No, because we no longer have an "All Applications" category you can navigate to to limit the search to just apps.
