Open file dialogue shall have a search option to show all files following a specific pattern instead of a list of documents in a folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. CTRL-O
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Kate shows list of files in folder to open

EXPECTED RESULT
CTRL+O
CTRL+F plus "*notes*.txt"
open dialogue shows all files matching pattern to open.
