SUMMARY

When the CatgeorizedSettngs window is dragged thin in e.g. Neochat the menu column is removed leaving no way to navigate the pages on desktop.

This doesn't effect mobile because the breadcrumbs header is still available.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On desktop drag a categorized setting window to make it thin 
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The navigation menu is removed leaving no way to change settings page

EXPECTED RESULT
There is still some way to navigate.
