SUMMARY
My system has three user accounts, all of them are available on the login manager, but they disappeared from USers KCM since upgrade to 22.04 base. Please see the attached screenshot.

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.100.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
Graphics Platform: Wayland

Fixed after installing account service.

$ sudo apt install accountsservice
