Add option to not shrink icon size and rather scroll to see other icons. This is keeping me away from Plasman. As the more icons on, the icon size shrinks.

Scrolling to see all icons would be even worse IMO. This isn't the direction we'd like to go in, sorry. If there's not enough space for all of your icons, you can decrease your panel height or make room by removing other things on the panel, perhaps by moving them to another panel. A lot of people use multiple panels for this.
