Low contrast Alerts and Notices icons

SUMMARY
When using dark style, alerts and notices icons are black in the navigation bar, and thus suffer from low contrast issues.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable dark style preference in the browser
2. Visit https://community.kde.org/Main_Page

OBSERVED RESULT
Low contrast alerts and notices icons are low contrast.

EXPECTED RESULT
These aforementioned icons should be high contrast.
