SUMMARY
It is possible (but should not) to scroll when clicking and moving the text. If you click on any other spot that text you can not move the text (like a mobile view).

If you do so, every second pixel the the text looks really broken (see screenshot) 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to e.g. system settings
2. click and drag text up or down
3. be percise with the pixels

EXPECTED RESULT
- No scrolling
- No broken text

I can not scroll anymore, so I guess it is fixed.
