STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set icons to breeze 
2. Install com.gitlab.newsflash from flathub
3. Open NewsFlash see missing icon
4. Set icons to Adwaita
5. Reopen NewsFlash, icon not missing

OBSERVED RESULT

Missing icon in header bar

EXPECTED RESULT

No missing icon in header bar

The issue could be a missing icon, a missing symlink to a new name for that icon, or a bad fallback path. I'll fix it.

But to do that, I need to know the exact name of the icon that the app is asking for. Can you either figure this out or ask the app's author what it is? Thanks!

The icon name is "accessories-dictionary-symbolic"
