SUMMARY
Hi, I updated my computer the other day and ever since, my second monitor no longer seem to work under plasma. I'm using the nvidia proprietary drivers and I've tried using cinnamon and i3, which both fix the issue, which leads me to believe that KDE is the issue. I've tried connecting over both displayport and HDMI, and swapping around cables, and neither of these solutions fixed the problem. The setting screen constantly changes between "An output has been added" and "An output has been removed" every few seconds. The issue persists in both plasma over X11 and Wayland, and only starts when plasma starts (the monitor works fine in SDDM).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
N/A

OBSERVED RESULT
Second monitor works in SDDM and during boot, but once plasma starts it breaks

EXPECTED RESULT
Second monitor works in plasma
