SUMMARY

When I create a new user from the user that is made during the installation, and afterwards login as that new user, there are no folders in my home-folder. Except for the desktop-folder and some hidden ones.
The result is the same for making the new user the graphical way or via the konsole (adduser).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. From one user create a new user
2. switch to this new user
3. open Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Except for the desktop folder Dolphin is empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin show home-folder with sub folders Documents, Shared, Downloads etc.
