XTerm window snapped to the right side of the screen with 'No titlebar and frame' rule enabled

SUMMARY
XTerm has visible gaps around its window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install XTerm.
2. Snap it to any horizontal side or maximize the window. 
3. For more pronounced effect add 'No titlebar and frame' rule.

OBSERVED RESULT
XTerm window has visible gaps around its window.

EXPECTED RESULT
XTerm shouldn't have gaps around its window, the same way all other apps/windows don't.
