SUMMARY
The 'show all desktops' hotkey, when set to ctlr+F8 by default, toggles the effect on this keyboard shortcut on and off.
If you change the hotkey, then it will only be called by this keyboard shortcut, but turned off by what it was by default.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the KWin keyboard shortcut settings, change 'Show all desktops' from ctrl+f8 to ctrl+shift+tab.
2. Try to cause an effect. (it will work).
3. Try to complete the effect with the same keyboard shortcut. (this won't work).
4. Try to end the effect with the default keyboard shortcut. (ctrl+f8 will work)


EXPECTED RESULT
One keyboard shortcut to turn the effect on/off

Thank you for the bug report!

Please note that Plasma 5.25.5 is not supported for much longer by KDE; supported versions are 5.24, and 5.26 or newer.

If at all possible please upgrade to a supported version and verify that the bug is still happening there.

Thanks for the bug report. This was fixed already in Plasma 5.26.
