SUMMARY
Switching from one activity window to the next causes bad screen flicker and hesitation to draw the window. This lasts for 1-2 seconds and then continues normally.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Either use the mouse or the shortcut keys to switch from one activity to another.

OBSERVED RESULT
The entire screen flickers and hesitates to draw the new Activity window.

EXPECTED RESULT
A smooth transition to the new activity.

I'm running KDE  5.27.6, and I wasn't able to reproduce the reported error. 
Tried to reproduce the error, according to the user's orientation, but I didn't  notice the reported misbehavior.  

Besides the information provided, there is any other step that should be followed in order to reproduce the error?

Below is the information about the system used for the test:

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64
Kernel: 6.1.41-1-MANJARO
Resolution: 2560x1440, 1920x1080
DE: Plasma 5.27.6
WM: KWin
WM Theme: Oxygen
CPU: Intel i7 4790H
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon 6600
Memory: 32043MiB
