centos 8-stream, install kde, and version is plasma-workspace-5.24.6-1.el8.next.x86_64 run krunner, can't show anything version plasma-workspace-5.23.3-2.el8.x86_64 is work fine

Could you please elaborate what you mean with "can't show anything"? Maybe you can attach a screenshot.

You can run "krunner --replace" on the terminal. That might give you the path to the RunCommand.qml file. Otherwise, please attach the log you get.
