SUMMARY
Every time I reboot my computer, the wallpaper is reset to the default one that came with Plasma 5.26.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set wallpaper to something besides the default
2. Reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper is reset to the default.

EXPECTED RESULT
The wallpaper stays the one I've selected.
