Could you let me know how you made that file? The only irregularity I see is an event with the Summary of "Unnamed Task", which links to the task "review" and should probably have been named "review". Meaning that should not have been possible via UI. But it seems to be reading it fine, so it would be good to know how the tasks and events looked when you made them.
