SUMMARY
NextCloud account login does not allow self-signed SSL certificate


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a NextCloud server with self-signed SSL certificate available
2. Settings -> Accounts -> Add New Account -> NextCloud
3. Enter server address

OBSERVED RESULT
"The site can't be reached", with "ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID".

EXPECTED RESULT
Site can be successfully reached.

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.0 
KDE Frameworks Version:  5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The used NextCloud server can be accessed with browsers and NextCloud Desktop Client application. But the KAccounts plugin does not work.
