"People" top-level tag is hidden

SUMMARY

"People" top level tag appears in People left hand pane.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Launch Digikam
2.  Click on People tab on the left


OBSERVED RESULT
- Instead of a list which includes "Unconfirmed", "Unknown", "Ignored" and the names of people, an "Ignored" tag appears and the top-level "People" tag appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
- "People" top-level tag is hidden.

The "People" top level tag is intentional, otherwise you would not be able to drag and drop a sub-people tag back into the "People" hierarchy.
