SUMMARY

Frequently, the title bar disappears which makes me unable to move or resize the window.
Also, the bottom of the program is behind the task bar (instead of over it), which makes e.g. the search field also disappear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am running a dual monitor setup with Okular running on the secondary monitor -- I'm not sure if the bug is related to this. The monitors have different resolution and windows scaling.

Actually, this seems to be triggered when I plug in the secondary monitor (which has the lower resolution and scaling). When I plug it out, the window appears on the primary monitor with title bar and all. Until I plug it in again.
