OBSERVED RESULT

In Leap 15.4 I get bugs with display settings and nobody seems to be doing anything about it. - the problem only affects KDE.
Currently, it is not possible to work on just one monitor, because setting a monitor as the primary one brings the taskbar to the second monitor!
