SUMMARY
Files of any size > 0 are considered empty in KDE Plasma when attaching them to an email message.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a file with some content and use a special character in the name; e.g.:  ñ, ä, Ö, etc
2. Attach it to an email; e.g.: Gmail, Outlook,com
3. See the error: "This file is 0 bytes, so it will not be attached." <-- this is with Gmail

OBSERVED RESULT
File is not attached, despite it has content

EXPECTED RESULT
File should be attached to the email

Linux/KDE Plasma:  OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.26.0-1.1

Please, reassign to the corresponding category. IIRC; this is my first bug report in KDE and I couldn't find the right one... TIA!
