SUMMARY

I want a way to show the tooltip mode only on left click, not on the tooltip mode itself when my mouse happens to be on top of an app. For my workflow (do not really like tooltips much) I find the emergence of the tooltip noisy, but I find it useful for grouped windows of a same application, to select one of them and prefer that to alternative options. 

Also, if tooltip mode is active and it is used on left click, frequently the two interfere and by the time the click happens it frequently makes the tooltip disappear when the intended behavior is quite the opposite.

I would fix this by disabling the tooltip in configuration. However, if I disable the tooltip, I cannot activate the tooltip mode on left click, and frankly, in my opinion that doesn't make much sense, as these two should be independent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Config tooltip "on" and activate the tooltip on "left click"
2. Frequently, the left click makes the tooltip disappear instead of appear, and this is dependent to the timing of tooltip appearance, which is hard to control in terms of usability
3. It is impossible to disable tooltip while keeping the activation of the tooltip mode on "left click"

EXPECTED RESULT

Points 2 and 3 above would be "fixed" if the activation of the tooltip mode on "left click" would be allowed independently of whether tooltip itself is enabled or not.
