SUMMARY

I'm no longer to edit plugins settings when I start ripping a CD. The button that would allow to edit plugins settings is greyed out/disabled.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert CD
2. Click 'Start Ripping'
3. Check the status of the 'configure plugin' button in the 'Settings' tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
The button to edit the plugins settings is greyed out/disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to edit plugins settings

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Gentoo Linux (5.19.14-gentoo-x86_64)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.96.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to create a new user on my system to start with a fresh user profile. I observed the same behavior once logged in as this test user.
