STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a iCal subscription to a caldav (i am using mailbox.org)
2. Fetch calendar items from the caldav (dav.mailbox.org)


OBSERVED RESULT

Only fetches user created calendars and all the calendars that are iCal subscriptions are ignored
EXPECTED RESULT
Fetch all calendars (Same account and configuration worked fine on iOS calendar/Android calendar and

Can reproduce on openSUSE Tumbleweed 20221015.

Trying to add an iCal resource to a CalDAV calendar also results in KOrganizer / Kontact crashing.
Importing the same iCal file as it's own, new calendar (local) works as expected.

can someone test this using a modern version with Frameworks 6.12 or higher?

I am currently actually on Framework 6.12.0. The problem persists. (I did not remove and re-add the account, but I did force it to fetch the caldav list again)
