STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on kontact or write kontact in terminal 
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
The application starts, but is frozen
When clicking on 'close' the system answers that kontact is not reacting.
When using a terminal, a message "cannot find 'kontactsummary_part.rc " appears.



EXPECTED RESULT
nothing special expected, the kontact user-interface should allow to select the kdepim-elements 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:

Linux/KDE Plasma:

KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Qt Version: 5.11.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
System: Raspberry Pi 3B+. Pi OS light, No errors in dmesg, no errors in journalctl.
On this machine the 32 bit version of kdepim was working flawlessly,
Now 64 bit. Kontact is working only when using the LXDE desktop 
On KDE desktop all components of kdepim are working. Only the Kontact User Interface hangs 
When starting from a terminal I receive: "cannot find kontactsummary_part.rc".
