STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click desktop
2. Click on 'Add widgets'
3. Widget explorer crashes

OBSERVED RESULT
Widget explorer crashes and does not open.

EXPECTED RESULT
Widget explorer should open and display widgets.

Should be fixed by https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/commit/c7ba560ccaac5e469cb2d6bf66c39e1acf967454 if you are using global menu
