STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open chrome
2. Run anything requiring to use the kde file picker dialog
3. Cursor theme changes from set theme to kde classic theme.

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor theme changes for set theme to kde classic theme.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor theme should remain the same as set theme even in kde file picker dialog
