I know it existed in the past, finding some URIs (locally) such as:
https://kde.org/applications/system/org.kde.wacomtablet
https://kde.org/applications/en/wacomtablet


As far as I am aware the project is alive, so the page should still exist?

They were excluded not because their projects weren't alive, but because they were considered less like apps but more like integral parts of the system. Anyway, it wasn't wise to remove them completely like that.
