This might be a systemsettings problem and not plasma-pa but:
SUMMARY
When the profile names for a source or sink is too long, it will get truncated even when there is enough space to expand the dropdown menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a source/sink with long profile names
2. Go audio applet in settings
3. See that the name is cut off even if there is enough space to expand the dropdown menu.
