SUMMARY
As of probaby 5.1.1 (but i can not confirm if this exists beforehand), rendering an anmation from the middle causes the frames to be named from 0000 always causing the later encoder to make such animation to be confused on what to do
(example for claification: render from frame 240 to 480 will have the frames generated with the first frame named frame 0000
and the last named frame <amount of total frames generated>, as the encoder comes through to "stitch" the frames together it can not found the frames that should have been named 0240 to 0480 and errors

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Draw the frames.
2. select render animation
3. set starting frame to any frame expect for frame 0
4. hit ok

OBSERVED RESULT
Program running into a error after generating frames

EXPECTED RESULT
Animation to be completed and encoded

wow holly it’s been a long time coming hasn’t it. Anyways back to the workaround.I think the workaround i found was to duplicate the keyframe before and paste it in the place you want it to be and then editing that key frame
