SUMMARY
Unable to change any setting under System Settings > Applications > Default Applications > Web Browser. The "Apply" button is not active (greyed out). All other sections under Default Applications work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to Applications > Default Applications > Web Browser
3. Adjust settings

OBSERVED RESULT
The "Apply" button never activates nor does the default to save modal pop-up when switching focus to another setting.

EXPECTED RESULT
As with the other settings under Default Applications for the ability to adjust the setting by selecting the "Apply" button.

However Plasma 5.18.8 is no longer supported by KDE; supported versions are 5.24, and 5.25 or newer.
Your distribution is responsible for providing support for older versions of KDE software.

Please do one of the following:
- Upgrade to a supported version and see if the issue is still relevant
- Report the issue to your distribution
