SUMMARY
Apologies, not sure how to categorize this bug. 
When running under Plasma (Wayland) session, all the various popups like Application Launcher, Krunner, Add Widgets, etc. keep trying to center themselves in the exact middle of the screen. This does not occur under X11. This is reproducible after rebooting, and switching back and forth between X11 and Wayland. 

I've attached various screenshots of examples. Not specifically for image 4, I'm using edit mode on the bottom taskbar, and hovering my cursor on the Application launcher. The context menu popup is centered, and disappears when I try to reach it because i'm no longer hovering. In a previous attempt the edit bar with 'drag to move' etc. was also dead center of the screen. after a reboot it's back at the bottom and I can't reproduce that again. 

This is a brand new KDE Neon User Edition install, fully up to date, on Laptop screen itself, no external Monitor. I did not hit any setting or keyboard shortcut to my knowledge that would've enabled this, if that's a thing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Brand new install of KDE Neon, nothing special
2. At login screen, change session from Plasma X11 to Plasma Wayland.
3. Open various plasma related popups. Krunner, Application Launcher, Add Widgets, edit taskbar, etc. 
4. Logout or reboot, choose Plasma X11 session. windows behave correctly.

OBSERVED RESULT
The popups/menus attempt to place themselves in the exact center of the screen. This does NOT occur with menus within applications (help/file/burger bar/etc.) and right click menu. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets/popups should appear in their appropriate/respective non-centered location. Application Launcher bottom left above the button, Widget window on the left, etc.
