You just don't see previews of media files in a folder, which you did in Ubuntu 20.04. I don't know if it has been lost with the update to the new 22.04, or if it is the new version of Dolphin, but it is really bad for me, since I have to open all the folders that I have on the three solid disks, to know if I have downloaded any photo, video, PDF or similar file and be able to catalog it, name it or correct it. It only happens on the attached hard drives, because those previews do appear on the main one. Let's see if they can fix it. Thanks in advance.

Can you share your distro/version info.

Also what are your solid disks ? NTFS filesystem ?

What you are describing was a regression that was fixed. Perhaps KF5 version Kubuntu ships does not include the fix.

Thanks for answering. I have Ubuntu 22.04.1. The problem has arisen after
updating from 20.04, because there it did show me the previews in a
folder. Indeed,
the file system is NTFS for solid state drives, (name brand, Kingston,
Crucial, if that's what you mean). They have always worked perfectly for me. I
understand that Ubuntu is in FAT, and there it shows them to me. Is that
the problem? Due to the renaming of the files, I cannot format them in FAT,
at least before it did not allow me to copy certain files, or it directly
erased them. especially in folders with practically the same names (change
from uppercase to lowercase, for example). Anyway, let's see if there is
any way to fix it because it's taking me forever to do my job. Thank you
and sorry for the inconvenience.

I can recommend you to upgrade to 22.10, the issue should be fixed.
