STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Breeze global theme
2. go to Plasma Style KCM
3. apply Breeze Dark Plasma style
4. restart Plasma by running 'plasmashell --replace' with krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
corrupted Plasma style seen in the attached screenshot. The bug persists even after re-login.

EXPECTED RESULT
the bug seen in the attached screenshot should not occur
