Too small to be noticed.

SUMMARY
LibreOffice Calc (almost everytime) starts with a window that is smaller than the minimum set in a rule for all windows, in fact once changed its size the rule is applied.
I know the program is started and can change it's size, but other people do not see the mini window and try to start the program again and again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Using Plastik as window decoration (do not know if it affects or no).
1. Start LibreOffice Calc

OBSERVED RESULT
See the screen snapshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
At least the minimum size stablished in the minimum size rule for every window.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Frameworks : Version 5.98.0
Qt Version 5.15.5 (built against 5.15.5)
The wayland windowing system
