I am having the exact same issue on a laptop with a 1920x1080 display, but I get the error: xdg_surface@192: error -1: invalid window geometry size (480x0) Of note is that I am able to get the edit menu to open if I create a second dock on the left side of the screen, remove the old, and edit the new. However if I even attempt to move the dock back to the bottom it crashes again.
