SUMMARY
After closing konsole, any changes made to a profile are not saved. Additionally, any newly created profiles are not saved. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Make a change to a profile/ make a new profile
3. Close Konsole
4. Open Konsole


OBSERVED RESULT
Edits to Konsole profiles have not been saved

EXPECTED RESULT
Edits to Konsole profiles to be saved
