SUMMARY
When we want to create/adding a new user, then want to cancel creating/adding, there is no cancel button


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kcm user management page
2. press "add new user" button

OBSERVED RESULT
there is no cancel button


EXPECTED RESULT
provide a cancel button to cancel adding new user
