Still does not boot, without failures.
Baloo Crashes.
No sound.
Black Desktop
Can't shutdown or reboot.

These issues aren't caused by KDE software. Your system is broken due to packaging or downstream issues. I would recommend you contact the Fedora people. Please don't continue to file bugs on the KDE bug tracker for issues caused by upgrading non-KDE packages. Thanks!
