Even in the Lock Screen it is not possible to switch to other accounts. I created to additional accounts beside to my own one. It is possible to use those accounts when I log out before. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open User Switcher 2. Try to switch to another user account OBSERVED RESULT No other user account is displayed EXPECTED RESULT Other user accounts are displayed and it is possible to switch to those accounts (parallel user sessions). What does it say in: System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Login Screen (SDDM) > Behavior > Minimum & Maximum user UID ?
@Nate: Minimum 1000, Maximum 60000. My accounts have 1000 and 1001 as ids.
Ok, so that's not the problem then. Does it work properly if you click "Switch user" in Kickoff or Kicker?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #3) > Ok, so that's not the problem then. Does it work properly if you click > "Switch user" in Kickoff or Kicker? No, not possible. I remember when the laptop was new, I was able one time to use switch user, but that resulted in a black screen afterwards. It is really strange.
Ok, it seems like this problem is broader and actually somewhere in SDDM. Please file a bug at https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/. Thanks!
