when you open a application in a maximization way, then drag it to exit the  maximization mode, the cursor position will always be in a wrong position (always in left corner actually) 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a application
2. maximize this application
3. close the application
4. reopen the application
5. drag the application to exit the maximization mode

OBSERVED RESULT
cursor has a wrong position (not in the drag position, but move to left corner)

EXPECTED RESULT
cursor has a correct position (stay at the drag position on the window header)
