Can you explain what issues you are seeing and in which way the cursor behaves strange?
Are you seeing jumping of the sort depicted in the screen recordings attached to Bug 459558?

Yes I am seeing that, and also the cursor does not behave correctly, for instance if i hover it over text it sometimes changes to text selection cursor (looks like capitol I) and sometimes not. Sometimes it stays that cursor and doesn't change back to a pointer. Only happens on Wayland after the update. Previous version is no longer in repos so I cannot roll back.
