SUMMARY
After the notification bell's ringing animation in the system tray, it often gets stuck in an oblique position.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Recieve a notification.
2. Look at the bell.

OBSERVED RESULT
The bell sometimes gets stuck oblique.

EXPECTED RESULT
The bell should always return to its normal position.
