STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to settings > user
2. open change password 
3. give a short/simple password (e.g. 123)
4. click set

OBSERVED RESULT
When changing password and password doesnt match minimum standards the dialog disapperas like its working but password doesnt change and the user doesnt get a warning why

EXPECTED RESULT
either it changes the password or gives a message/warning that the password is to short/simple
