SUMMARY
Can reproduce with Plasma 5.26 beta on Arch Linux too.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings in the sidebar view mode
2. click on Workspace Behavior category
3. change anything in General Behavior KCM
4.click on another KCM under Workspace Behavior - save/discard prompt appears
5. click on 'Cancel' button of save/discard prompt

OBSERVED RESULT
General Behavior KCM is no longer highlighted in the sidebar.

EXPECTED RESULT
General Behavior KCM remains highlighted in the sidebar
