Bug 459243 - I cant open the "Render Animation..." menu window under the file tab. Although I can see it there(the letters are gray) I can't interact with it. I have tried restarting my computer and even uninstalling krita but it's still the same. I tried ffmpeg too.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restarted computer
2. Uninstalled krita and any related files
3. Deleted and installed ffmpeg multiple times

OBSERVED RESULT
the result is always the same I still can't open Render Animation

EXPECTED RESULT
I thought it would after a few attempts go to normal. Don't know what the issue could be.

layer docker capture

The option will be grayed out if there is no animation data in the file.

Open Timeline Docker
Select a frame and add an "empty animation frame"
If done correctly the layer will display an additional animation icon as displayed.

After that the option should not be grayed out.
