STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kickoff
2. right-click on Dolphin and choose 'Uninstall or manage addons...' 
3. click on 'Sources' in the upper right corner

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the last option does not have a label.
The label appears after 5 seconds.

EXPECTED RESULT
all options have a label

I guess the PackageKit package didn't update in time to display it, and instead of hiding the whole menu item until it was available, it just did that for the label. Can't reproduce right now but I know it's plausible based on anateur understanding of the code in question. Marking as confirmed.
